David Robinson- Lead Pastor
Pastor David Robinson grew up in Ocean City, NJ and came to know Jesus Christ as his Savior when he was 16 years old during a week of summer camp in upstate New York. Receiving Jesus was a life-changing experience for David as he immediately began sharing the Good News with his friends and family members, serving in his youth group, and teaching children in Vacation Bible School and summer camp.
David felt God’s calling on his life during his freshman year of college and transferred to Philadelphia Biblical University to pursue a career in vocational ministry. Over the past thirty-five years, David has served as an Associate Pastor in three different churches in children, youth and adults ministries.
Pastor David was called as the church planter for The Chapel at Mercer in August 2007 and called as our first pastor in April 2009.
